Under the leadership of Johnny Diamandis, the internationally renowned designer of the Burberry brand menswear who was the first to study the World War II uniform, he devoted himself to inheriting the practicability, functionality and fashion of the development of wartime military uniforms. AKCLUB believes in the meaning of “time†and “emotion†in clothing. With “old military uniform†as the starting point, it creates a series of costume works that combine the spirit of tough guys with the spirit of tough will, and interprets the “PEACE WORK & LIFE†lifestyle. .
Johnny Diamandis graduated from the prestigious Central Saint Martins College of Art in England. In 2001, he worked at Burberry as a men's jacket and denim designer. At that time, the design team headed by Christopher baily, the new creative director, had a long history of British brand Burberry. He became Evisu, the famous Japanese original denim brand, as chief designer and worked and lived in Asia for 4 years. Johnny also served as visiting professor at the Royal College of Art (RCA) and the United States Parsons School of Design. In 2007 Johnny settled in New York, USA, as the design/creative director of the AK series brand he founded. At the same time, he developed his own J.Panther bag brand with patience and patience and introduced it to the market in 2010.
