The flat plate coating has a film structure of a multilayer film structure, and the substrate is sequentially plated with a metal film, a metal-ceramic absorption film, and an anti-reflection film. For blue titanium coatings, such targets are more susceptible to poisoning, making the deposition process unstable. This is related to the introduction of gas into the cavity and the extraction of gas. If the atmosphere is not uniform and unstable, the uniformity of the entire flat coating cannot be guaranteed. In addition, many manufacturers have not fully optimized the size and proportion of the atmosphere input. The film properties are relatively low. Generally, the film layer is related to the thickness of the film layer and the ratio of chemical elements after the material is determined.
Weather resistance is also a very important performance of the product. The longer the use time and the smaller the attenuation, the higher the cost performance of the product. Many domestic companies need to recognize the importance of cleaning. The clean surface of the ingredients is a sufficient but unnecessary condition for film formation. After the plate has been cleaned, it is also necessary to ensure that it will not be contaminated when entering the coating chamber. The treatment after coating is also very important. Many manufacturers may start the subsequent processing after the coating. In fact, the heat treatment after coating is very necessary. Of course, the heat treatment temperature is different for different materials and coating materials. .
