French orchids force the domestic cosmetics market in Shanghai Jiahua

Shanghai Jahwa's cosmetics brand, Qing Yi, and French cosmetics giant Origen have formally established a joint venture. It is expected that the company will launch the first Youlan cosmetics counter after the cooperation between the two parties. Orland will use domestic advantages in domestic channels to accelerate its development in China.

According to Wang Hao, deputy general manager of Shanghai Jahwa, the main cooperation method for establishing a joint venture company with Qinglan and Youlan is equity cooperation, which is dominated by Shanghai Jahwa. Cooperation will involve brand positioning, product development, customer service concepts, and customer experience marketing.

According to reports, Orchid is just one of many international chemical companies that want to enter the Chinese market. Due to the problem of channels, seeking cooperation with local daily chemical companies is undoubtedly a shortcut for these companies.

Wang Hao admits that the current cooperation with foreign companies mainly includes channels. "But there will be some changes. Among some brands with advantages, we will introduce advanced international technologies to enhance the brand's technical level, such as Shu Xin."

Shanghai Jahwa also stated that when the time is ripe for the future, it is not ruled out that another high-end brand can be launched.
