Overview   A wool-like fabric made from a blend of medium-length chemical fibers. After the fabric is treated with a specific dyeing and finishing process, it has the characteristics of soft and full-feeling, strong imitating-feeling, hard-to-deform texture, good elasticity, bright color, and anti-wrinkle and anti-scald. The faux-like feel of medium and long- staple fabrics depends mainly on the choice of raw materials , fabric organization, and finishing processes.
The medium-long chemical fiber fabrics mainly include polyester/viscose and polyester/nitrile. The blending ratio is usually 65/35, also 60/40, 55/45. The fineness and length of the selected fibers are generally 2.2 to 2.75 dtex (2 to 2.5 denier) and 51 mm, or 2.75 to 3.3 dtex (2.5 to 3 denier) and 65 mm. In order to increase the fabric's sense of penalties, we also use fibers or shaped fibers of different fiber fineness and length (such as triangular fibers, etc.) for blending. In recent years, we have also used colored polyester blended yarns to weave fabrics such as Palio.

Arranged according to certain rules, woven into a hidden fabric . The advantage of the polyester/viscoblend fabric is that it has good hand elasticity and good moisture absorption.
