Lim thinks that continuing to use traditional men's colors to design is really too much trouble. His inspiration comes from the beatniks "using a series of transparent and fragile fabrics to inspire traditional masculinity." The plywood box was chosen to shoot this set of clothes because the designers thought it was unnecessary to pull too much sense of distance and durability.
