The qualified rate of underwear is less than 70%. According to random inspection results, a total of 851 batches of 9 products including cement, shoes, and knitted underwear produced by 721 enterprises in the province were sampled. After inspection, 721 batches were qualified, and the sampling batch pass rate was 84.7%. Among them, 70 batches of knitted underwear products produced by 68 companies in eight regions including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan were sampled. After inspection, 43 batches passed the sampling batch pass rate of 61.4%. After rejecting 5 batches of unqualified labels, the product quality pass rate was 68.6%.

In addition, six of the substandard products that were spotted were from Dongguan. The Quality Supervision Bureau of Guangdong Province said that the spot checks and determinations were made on nine items such as the labeling of knitted underwear products, formaldehyde content, and pH value. The unqualified items included fiber content and identification. , color fastness, pH value. Among them, there were 17 batches of products with fiber content that did not meet the standard requirements, that is, the content of virtual fibers, which accounted for 77% of the total number of products in question.

There are three main manifestations of this imaginary standard. First, the measured fiber content does not match the label value. For example, the mark is “87±5 % nylon, spandex 13%”. The actual measurement result is “66.6% nylon, 33.4% spandex. The second is that the measured fiber and the label of the fiber component name does not match, such as the label "nylon 100%", the actual measurement result is "100% polyester fiber." In addition, there are some batches of products without fiber content identification.

The quality supervision department said that the content of fiber components is an important indicator to determine the performance of clothing. The fact that the fiber content is inaccurate or does not have fiber components will directly harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

The quality supervision department has ordered the unqualified product manufacturer to stop production and sales of unqualified products as soon as the inspection report is received, and thoroughly clean up the unqualified products in the inventory; Organizes and organizes recalls, and reports to the department responsible for post-processing in writing.
