"Whoog Cup" personalized T-shirt design contest submission

The competition aims to discover talented Chinese T-shirt designers, promote T-shirt fashion, and encourage cultural exchanges. It's a platform for designers to gain recognition, share creative ideas, and enjoy the joy of design!

Participants: Professionals in fashion design, teachers and students from art and apparel design departments, as well as enthusiasts of fashion and animation.

Design Content:
1. Submissions are divided into four categories: Men's Series, Women's Series, Children's Wear Series, and Lovers' Series.
2. Each category should include three designs. Only one series can be submitted per group. An individual may submit up to five groups.
3. Designs must reflect current market trends, be fashionable, and have practical functions.
4. Each pattern should clearly express a specific fashion theme.
5. All works must be original. Plagiarism or copying others’ work is strictly prohibited. Non-original entries will be disqualified automatically.
6. A design concept must be provided with each submission.
7. The T-shirt color itself is not considered. The design colors must not exceed five, and no gradient colors are allowed.
8. Include the theme, design concept, craftsmanship description, material details, and style structure in your submission.
9. Design works should be created using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw. Submit as an electronic file (JPG format or vector files). Hand-drawn drafts must be photographed and converted into digital files (size between 4-8MB).
10. Send submissions to the email address provided by the organizing committee.

Competition Schedule:
- Submission Deadline: March 31, 2010 (based on the time the Organizing Committee receives the entry)
- April 1 - April 15, 2010: Finalist Design Production (by the contractor)
- April 15 - May 30, 2010: Online Competition of Finalist Works
- June 1 - June 15, 2010: Award Announcement

Prize Settings:
- Excellence Prize: 1,000 RMB + 2 RMB sales commission
- Finalist Award: 50% off lifetime membership card for "Whoogo" series

Notes:
All entries may be requested by the organizing committee to assist in the production of ready-to-wear garments. Winners will be announced on the official website of the organizer and the competition partner.

Judging Rules:
1. A panel of top ten Chinese fashion designers and senior textile professionals will review the entries and select the initial finalists.
2. Finalists will be chosen through public online voting.
3. Guangzhou Sidorui Garment Co., Ltd. will finalize the garment production.
4. Selected designs will be put on sale for market feedback.

Entry Instructions:
1. All participants must complete the "Woguo Cup" March 2010 Personalized T-shirt Design Contest Registration Form (available from the Organizing Committee).
2. Download the registration form from the specified link.
3. Submissions must be received by March 31, 2010.
4. Each group can consist of up to two people. Design drafts are non-refundable.
5. Before the initial evaluation ends, all design rights belong to the Organizing Committee. After the evaluation, non-finalist works will return to the creators. The Organizing Committee holds exclusive commercial rights to shortlisted works for use in clothing and promotional products.
