(B) Variety of acrylic fiber fabrics

There are many kinds of acrylic fabrics, including pure acrylic fabrics, acrylic blended fabrics and interwoven fabrics. The main varieties are as follows:

1. Acrylic pure textile fabric made of 100% acrylic fiber. For example, worsted acrylic women's fabrics made of 100% wool acrylic fiber have loose structural features, bright color, soft and elastic handfeel, and no loose texture. It is suitable for making mid-range and low-grade women's clothing. The use of 100% acrylic fiber as raw material, can be obtained plain or twill weave acrylic fabric overcoat it, with a full-featured feel, warm and easy hair type fabric characteristics, suitable for the production of spring and autumn winter coats, casual clothes and so on.

2. Acrylic blend fabric Refers to a blend of wool or medium-length acrylic and viscose or polyester. Including nitrile/viscose lacquer, nitrile/viscous rayon, nitrile/polyester tweed, etc. Nitrile/Viscose, also known as the East, is blended with nitrile and 50% each, and has a thick, tight, durable, smooth, soft, wool-like appearance, but with less elasticity. Easy to wrinkle, suitable for making cheap pants. Nitrile/adhesive women's type is made of 85% acrylic and 15% viscose. Most of them are made of rayon tissue. The surface of the quilt is slightly napped. The color is bright. The body is light and thin. It has good durability and poor resilience. coat. The nitrile/polyester tweed is made of blended nitrile and polyester, 40% and 60% each. Due to the processing of plain weave and twill weave, it has the characteristics of flat appearance, fastness and heat resistance. The disadvantage is its poor comfort. Therefore, it is mostly used for the production of mid-range garments such as coats and suits.

Fifth, other chemical fiber fabrics In addition to the above-mentioned several chemical fiber fabrics, there are fabrics used for clothing, such as vinylon, polypropylene, spandex, and Kleenex. The characteristics of these fabrics and their varieties are described below.

(I) Vinylon fabric

1. Polyester fiber fabric characteristics

Vinylon's nature resembles that of cotton, so it is called "synthetic cotton." The fabric features are as follows:

(1) The hygroscopicity of vinylon fabrics is the strongest among synthetic fabrics, and therefore has the general style of cotton fabrics. At the same time, it is stronger and more durable than cotton.

(2) Vinylon fabrics are resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and insects. Longer exposure to the sun does not affect the strength of the fabrics. Therefore, it is suitable for making overalls and weaving canvases.

(3) The disadvantages of vinylon fabrics are poor hot water resistance, shrinkage and deformation due to heat in the wet state, and the dyeing is not bright. Therefore, its use is limited and it is a low-grade cloth material.

2. Variety of vinylon fabrics

Vinylon fabrics are generally very small in pure spinning, and are blended or interwoven with other fibers. Here we mainly introduce the blending and interlacing of vinylon with other chemical fibers. The main varieties are:

(1) Dimension/Viscose It is also known as V/D Dongfeng, which uses 50% vinylon and 50% wool viscose fiber blended yarn. It is woven with a 2/2 twill weave and has the same front and back sides. It has the characteristics of thick texture, firmness, wear resistance, and hairlike gabardine. But it is better than the luster of wool and is suitable for outerwear.

(2) Weaving/adhesive lining is made of vinylon and wool viscose for plain weaving. The resulting Vladeen style fabric is usually made of vinylon/artificial wool with a ratio of 70/30 or 50/50. It has a fabric that is thick and durable or tight. Thin features, the disadvantage is shrinkage, poor heat resistance. Mostly used as middle and low clothing in summer.

(b) Polypropylene fabrics

1. Polypropylene fiber fabric features

Polypropylene is the lightest of all clothing fibers, and is a fiber that can float on the water (specific gravity is about 0.91g/cm3), but its strength is very good, so it has been widely used in clothing. The characteristics of polypropylene fabrics are:

(1) Polypropylene is one of the light-weight fabrics. Its weight is only 3/5 of that of cotton. Therefore, it is suitable for fabrics for winter clothing such as flocculation or skiwear, mountaineering, etc. It can also be used for making ropes, fishing nets, and filter cloths.

(2) The moisture absorption of the polypropylene fabric is extremely small, and the moisture regain is regarded as 0%. Therefore, its clothing is known for its advantages such as quick drying, very cool, and no shrinkage. However, it has poor comfort and poor dyeability. Since the polypropylene film is easily broken in the direction perpendicular to the stretching, it is mostly used in the wrapping cord.

(3) The polypropylene fabric has good strength and wear resistance, and the clothing is fast and durable.

(4) Polypropylene fabric is resistant to corrosion, but it is not heat-resistant, light-resistant and easy to age.

(5) Polypropylene fabrics have good stability to inorganic acids and bases and are less stable to organic solvents.

2. Variety of polypropylene fiber fabrics

Polypropylene fabrics are available in the pure, blended, and intertwined categories. Among them, blended fabrics and blended fabrics are often paired with cotton fibers, such as C/cotton, C/C., etc., while pure polypropylene fabrics are made of Pali. It is represented.

(1) Paili cashmere coat is made of liquid dyed polypropylene fleece woven wool-like fabric, with a unique style of face terry, bright color appearance, light texture and warm, strong sense of hair, its biggest advantage is easy to wash Fast drying, inexpensive and affordable. Suitable for youth and children's coats.

(2) C/cotton and coloured hemp yarn Weaved with C/cotton 65/35 blended yarn, it has strong durability, crisp appearance and good dimensional stability. Use mostly military raincoats, mosquito nets, etc.

(3) C/C linoleum has been referred to in the "cotton-type fabric" section. Please refer to section 2 for "Cotton-blend, cross-fabric".

(3) Polyester fabric

1. Characteristics of Polychlorin Fiber Fabric

Polychlorin is one of the earliest synthetic fibers in the world and has many advantages such as water resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-flammability. Therefore, it has achieved great success in clothing, especially in interior decoration applications. The main features of its fabric are as follows:

(1) The Klonyl fabric is a non-flammable fabric that will extinguish immediately after leaving the flame and no longer continue to burn. It is a good material for noncombustible curtains and carpets.
